Corporate Initiatives staff members are
business psychologists and specialists.

We have a practical understanding of the issues involved in building productive working relationships.  We are skilled at creating high performance teams by teaching individuals how to reach common goals through shared vision and focus.

Corporate Initiatives appreciates the importance of recruiting and retaining employees to fit your company.  We can strengthen your ability to select candidates best suited for particular jobs.  We design workshops and training sessions that sharpen employee skills.  We can determine sources of complacency and poor performance which may be holding your company back, while maintaining sensitivity to the many perspectives that must be considered before implementing a plan of action.

Our approach is built on high-quality, face-to-face feedback and research developed by industry experts.  Our workshops are designed and implemented to provide customized exercises based on real-life situations which attendees may encounter the very next day on the job.

The use of these services reaffirms that a company's most valuable asset is its employees.  It is imperative that they are understood, motivated, and developed to compete in a rapidly changing business environment.  An investment in a sound and effective leadership training program will help companies develop the competitive edge needed to succeed in today's marketplace.

Moss A. Jackson, a Clinical Psychologist who specializes in the areas of Leadership and High Team Performace, has been practicing in this field since 1972. In 1976 he co-developed the Center for Psychological Services in Ardmore, PA. During the first ten years, his work focused in the areas of family therapy, family business, and conflict resolution.

In 1986 Jackson created Corporate Initiatives, a consulting company that worked with business owners. Between 1986-1996, he broadened his perspective into the areas of high performance at both the Leaership and Team levels. This work has focused on leadership, the power of partnership, teambuilding, high performance in business, effective communication and project management. For the last seven years, he has been asked to lead strategic planning retreats, train managers in high impact communication and conflict resolution skills, and to facilitate organization change brought on by changes in leadership, mergers and acquisitions.

Jackson is a skilled presenter at both the local and national levels. He is a "hands on" facilitator, speaker and workshop leader. He is an executive coach for many leaders in the Delaware Valley region. He is currently focusing on building powerful and effective organizational cultures through the discipline of selecting the right people for the job and developing them into loyal and productive employees once they are hired as salespeople, managers, or executives.

He conducts retreats and workshops for EMBA and MBA classes at Drexel University.
