A successful team works together in ways that make the whole better than the sum of the parts. In the work environment, this requires interpersonal skill development for the individuals, and familiarity with the styles and strengths of other team members. Our team building programs integrate both of these elements, developing people skills so that your teams will be more effective in communicating, planning, problem solving and decision making.

How does Corporate Initiatives create high performance teams? Team members complete our online Team Development Inventory.
The 10 key competencies measured are:

A summary report and graphs are then created. The team profile is described in terms of the overall teams performance on these ten competencies.

Team Building: Creating High Performance Teams
Once evaluation is completed, results are shared and discussed with team leaders. The next action step is a 1 or 2 day Adventure-Based Program designed to create a High Performance experience and action plan to improve the teams effectiveness in the workplace. Continued executive coaching is available to ensure accountability and success.
